How to install Backtrack 5 R3 on VmWare Workstation

Backtrack is one of the best distribution of Operating Systems for Hackers and IT administrators it contains almost every tool that's required to penetrate a system, To find out security loopholes and to Improve the security. Recently Backtrack released their latest version of operating system, which is Backtrack 5 R3. This tutorial is about how to install Backtrack on VmWare Workstation, By creating a virtual PC. First download and install Vmware Workstation and then download Backtrack ISO image file. Vmware workstation - Download Vmware Workstation Backtrack 5 R3 - Download Backtrack 5 R3 Free (Official Site) Now how we should install backtrack 5 R3 on Vmware. (Note Screenshots are of Backtrack 5 installation on vmware workstation because I've already installed the Backtrack 5 R3. But don't worry procedure is same.)
1.Create a virtual machine remember minimum space for your virtual machine should be 20 GB. and Memory (RAM) 1 or 2 GB if you have 4 or 8 GB Memory (RAM) In my PC i gave 50 GB space for virtual machine I've 1820 Hard disk space i.e 320+1500GB Hard disk space.
Here in the above image I've selected UNIX and its version as Ubuntu 64-bit. Remember whether your Backtrack 5 R3 is of 32 bit or 64 bit you got to select Ubuntu 64-bit as its version
Okay guys and girls now press enter key and just wait for few minutes or seconds the speed depends upon your computer. After then press enter again till you get the black window something like this (Screenshot is different from current version but don't worry procedure is same)
At the end there will be a text written in red color which is "root@bt :-#" right after it you will write this command "startx" (without quotes). Now after few seconds you will see "Install backtrack". Right-click on it and click on install option. Just as shown in screenshot below.
This will start the installer after that just follow the instruction given in screenshots and complete the installation of backtrack and restart the backtrack.
This will take time for me it too 1 to 1 and 1/2 hr. After that restart. It will ask you for login id and password. Type Login ID - root and Password - toor (password will be invisible due to its protection) Press enter key and type "startx" (without quotes) command (Note :- you have to type ID and Password and that start command every time you start backtrack.) Ok see the screenshot below so you will understand better.
Okay now open the console - To open it click on the icon at the top which is right after system option. and type "apt-get install synaptic" (without quotes) press enter after few seconds it will ask for you to continue then type "y" (in small letters and that too without quotes) and press enter. And after few minutes or seconds write "apk-get install recordmydesktop" (Obviously without quotes). Now installation is complete.
